Medallion Transport Inc. is a domestic corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the Philippine Laws represented by its president Mr. Maximiano N. Fulache. Its principal office is located in Salvador Extension, Labangon, Cebu City with telephone/facsimile No. (032)-2618331. The company has been operating since July 1, 2012 with the goals to acquire vessels for its operation and to manage other shipping entities.

Medallion Transport Inc. is authorized by Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) to engage in domestic shipping business with Certificate of Accreditation No.
2006-003-029-2015-CEB issued on 4 February 2015 under Republic Act No. 9295 and valid for three (3) years or until 14 February 2024.
